About the STATE Championship DOUBLE HEADER
Round 1 of the Georgia State Motocross Championship is a Double header weekend. Meaning Saturday is a Race and Sunday is a separate race. The Georgia State Championship is on Saturday and the Best in Georgia Series race is on Sunday. The highest level of amateur and motocross competition in the state of Georgia will be here! Hosted at Echeconnee MX in Lizella, GA, the championship brings together the best riders from across the Southeast for two full days of championship-level racing.
The 2026 championship is sanctioned by the AMA and features a full slate of classes for all skill levels and age groups. All competitors must hold a valid AMA membership to earn championship points.

Points are awarded to the top finishers in each class across all qualifying rounds. Final standings determine the 2026 Georgia State Champions.
AMA Sanctioned
All events are AMA sanctioned. A valid AMA membership is required to compete and earn championship points.

Two-Day Format
